Terms of use.
These cover the website. The work on your vehicle is covered by your repair order and the nationwide warranty, which are separate from this page.

The website is information, not a quote
We keep this site accurate, but a page cannot see your vehicle. Nothing here is a binding estimate. Prices, timescales and what a repair involves depend on inspection, on your specific vehicle, and on parts availability. You get a real price before any work starts — that promise is made in the shop, not by this website.
Submitting a service request is not a booking
The service request form sends us your details and we call you back to arrange a time. Your appointment exists once we have spoken, not when you press the button.
Coupons and offers
Offers on the coupons page apply at the shop, cannot be combined with each other unless we say so, and can change or end at any time. If an offer has expired or was listed in error, we will tell you before any work begins rather than charging you a price you did not expect.
Warranty
The nationwide warranty page describes coverage provided by the warranty administrator, not by this website. The terms that govern your repair are the ones on your repair order and in the warranty documentation you receive. Where this website and those documents disagree, those documents win.
