How we price things the rest of the year.
Coupons are nice. Not being overcharged in the first place is better. A few things that apply whether or not there is an offer running:
- You get a quote before we touch a wrench. If we open something up and find it is worse than it looked, you get a phone call and a decision — not a surprise on the invoice.
- We tell you what can wait. A brake inspection that always ends in a brake job is a sales process. We measure, we show you the numbers, and sometimes the answer is "come back in a year."
- No upselling. We are not paid on parts sold. The list of recommendations you get is the list we would give our own family, which is often literally who we are talking to.

Where the real savings are
The cheapest repair is the one you catch early. A cracked ball joint boot found during an oil change costs a fraction of the joint it was protecting. An A/C leak found in April is a far smaller job than a compressor replaced in July. A brake pad replaced while it still has material on it saves the rotor underneath.
That is not a sales pitch, it is just how cars work — and it is why we would rather look at something for you now than sell you a bigger job later.
